Do you see
what I see?
Take a deep breath, and exhale. Look around. 2020 is revealing that it’s time to renegotiate everything: in ourselves, our communities, and the world. 2020 offers an opportunity to hone our creativity and to use (& keep using) our voices. As we swim through chaos, vulnerability, and suffering—toward collective transformation—creative self-expression provides a buoy, a deep breath, allowing us to connect with ourselves and each other.
Creative expression will sweeten our survival.
I help humans practice and sustain creativity. I work in community, artistic, and academic settings. Melding mindfulness and a sense of play allows us to re-envision creative work, reveal and heal the relationship with the inner critic, and gain access to joy.
