WORKSHOPS
Take a deep breath, and exhale. Look around. Maybe it’s time to renegotiate everything: in ourselves, our communities, and the world. We have an opportunity to hone our creativity and to use (& keep using) our voices. As we swim through chaos, vulnerability, and suffering—toward collective transformation—creative self-expression provides a buoy, a deep breath, allowing us to connect with ourselves and each other.
Creative expression will sweeten our survival.
I help humans practice and sustain creativity. I work in community, artistic, and academic settings. Melding mindfulness and a sense of play allows us to re-envision creative work, reveal and heal the relationship with the inner critic, and gain access to joy.
Tell me what you need—I will design a workshop for your:
- family
- school
- group
- organization
We can work via Zoom, or in person (with any precautions in place) depending on the current pandemic conditions.

COACHING
My coaching practice is based on discerning your needs. First we discuss your process, project, intentions, and struggles. From there, we can:
- Focus on a specific project;
- Brainstorm;
- Generate material;
- Practice writing prompts;
- Dissolve barriers (such as the critical inner voice); or
- Learn about the writing craft; or
- Any/all of the above.
I can also give feedback on writing drafts. Or if you simply want to develop a regular habit of writing, we can design a plan for you.
My work in the Individualized Master of Arts program at Antioch University Midwest—and with writers from elementary-age to adult—has taught me to listen, trust intuition, and guide people where they want and need to go.
Tell me what you need! To get started, email rebecca.kuder(at)gmail.com.
